Hello - I'd like to pose a question: do Project/Programme Managers out there have a view on whether recruiters are performing a useful service to their community?

I'm hoping to build a network of practitioners who might be happy to help generate ideas around how third party recruiters can better fulfill their duties; either in the context of identifying/managing client or candidate. The objective is to listen, learn and drive useful feedback into the greater recruiting community via other networks I belong to, with a view to building a more responsive business.

In terms of my ability to add value to P2UG beyond the context of this question, I'd encourage individuals to use me for any queries they might have around career or in-job decisions they face, or else to leverage my network in a more generic way however you see fit.
