There's a three letter acronym I haven't heard for a long time - must have been the late eighties when I last met JSD....
JSD and SSADM are methods that deal with various parts of system analysis and design in software engineering.
Prince2 is a high-level Project Management methodology.
They can be (and frequently are) used together - so a software project will be managed under Prince2 (or PMBoK or whatever PM method is in favour) then SSADM or JSD is used as a tool in the production of a product or products during a stage.
Remember, Prince2 on its own does not specify how products are to be designed or implemented - it's not intended to be that specific.
Integrating these two methods into Prince2 is fairly easy. Thankfully you didn't mention RUP though, that's an entirely different matter....
