I'm confused about the definition of the final product of the project.
I want to know whethere the final product is a single product or there may be more than one final product. For example consider a sw/hw project, in which you have to deliver both the sw and the hw.Though they have nothing in common, the customer pays just when both delivered.
On the other hand, there are the management products that are not directly used in producing the final product, but help in managing the project. Should these be related to the final product in the PBS?
