Hi
I appreciate that P2 can be used for any types of projects. I am curious to understand other peoples experiences of using P2 in hi-tech new product development projects in the opto-electronics industry. I am moving to a jew employer who has asked for me to implement and embed a methodolgy to improve their ad-hoc methods. P2 is my background, but I want to consider all appropriate methodologies, especially in this industry and for hi-tech product design.

I would appreciate your comments, and any other advice?

Thanks!

I think P2 would be good as you already have experience on it. Also you are planning to implement in a new company so great soft skills would help to manage change very effectively.
