I note that the official PRINCE2 site mentions Mind Map + PRINCE2.

I just wonder how to "integrate" them together.

1. Mind map is not very structural. Thinking process.
2. PRINCE2 is a very structural methodology.

May anybody give me some hints? BTW, I really want to take a look at the material it mentions, but I took the exam already. Anybody minds to share the stuff?

You can exchange files between microsoft project and mind maps.
Personally I find mind maps realloy useful to do the early visual thinking and organisation of ideas

Dear all,

I am studying Prince2 and I am applying it on a real project at work.

There are four divisional team within the project e.g IT Development, Operations (as in the actual operations of the function) etc. I am compiling the Project Identification Document and I am compiling the Risk Log. Should the risk log incorporate all the divisions risks ? Should there be any other document in managing the risks: i.e. who is responsible for such risks and the actions taken to control them??

I would appreciate you immediate response.
