AFAIK PRINCE2 is in theme "cost" and "time" not like others methodologies. Cost and time is something what is agreed to you (PM) by Executive Board of the project. You (PM) can have tolerances in this dimensions eg. you have 12 months time to succesfully finish the project plus evtl. 2 weeks (this is tolerance). (In my practice - tolerances are not given to PM). PRINCE2 says nothing more.

Product - there is strong support in PRINCE2. There is a technique - so named Product-based planning. These plans (eg) are:
- product list (which product will be the output of the project),
- product map (which products must be developed after and based on which other product)
- and product description (for each product - what the product is, what quality criteria must it meet, when will be finished and so on).
