I would be grateful for any impressions regarding satisfaction with training providers.
I am currently considering two providers courses - as ever I'm constrained to best value where I may have preferred a prestige trainer, yet I demand a comprehensive, detailed and enjoyable immersal.
I certainly don't want wooden delivery, a stack of illegible handouts in dubious order, or day upon day of incoherent soundbites interspersed with professional sounding epiphets which consume time and deliver no value to trainees but assert the speaker's status.
Is it indiscreet, as customers, to mention names? Can't we allow the market to decide?
